Naming The Gingerbread Man

So my cover designer and I have done a lot of bad things to that little gingerbread man who stars on the covers of The Christmas River books. I mean, the poor little guy has been stabbed, set on fire, put in a straight jacket (as if he was the crazy one...), roasted, run over by an RV, and most recently, zapped by an evil witch: 

"Oh nooooooooo!!!" (That's always what I imagine him saying.)

Now, all those things are bad. But perhaps the worst thing that I've done to him thus far is that I haven't given the poor little guy a name! How terrible! So in order to rectify that, I thought all of you could help me name him. Please comment below with your best name idea for The Gingerbread Man, and enter to win a $10 Amazon gift card and a digital copy of Magic in Christmas River, the latest Christmas River book. I'll choose the name I think fits him best and announce the winner Friday morning on my Facebook page and blog.

Meg Muldoon's Cozy Christmas Countdown!

Dear Readers,

Can you believe it's already November? I don't know where the time goes. But honestly, I've been waiting for this time of year, well... all year! As someone who writes about a town where it's Christmas 24/7, I love the holiday season. So much in fact, that this year, I've decided to have my own countdown. Hallmark starts their Christmas Countdown around this time, so I thought, why not me?

To celebrate the season, each week leading up to Christmas, I will have a giveaway. These will consist of digital ebooks, Amazon gift cards, and various other holiday-related goodies. I will explain the details of how to enter each giveaway on my Facebook Page every Thursday, so if you're interested in participating, please mosey on over there and check in on the page frequently. Also, please follow my blog to be kept in the loop. I will announce the first giveaway Thursday, Nov. 5. The countdown will run until Dec. 24.

In addition, I will also be hosting a virtual Gingerbread Junction Contest this year! Though it won't be nearly as high stakes as the one that Cinnamon Peters takes part in in the Christmas River series, it will hopefully be incredibly fun.
